Leanne qualified as a Vet from UCD in 2002. She worked in Birmingham before taking a job in Limerick where she worked with Crescent Vets for 4 years building up solid surgical experience. She then locumed in the Uk and Ireland in Emergency clinics and first opinion practices for a number of years before opening up Barna Veterinary Clinic on a whim and a prayer in 2008! Luckily things worked out well and she has since learned a lot of things she didn't know about running a practice! Moycullen Vets opened in 2010. She continues to really enjoy the clinical and surgical aspects of Veterinary. Eyes are her area of interest as well as general surgery. She has 2 lively cats, 1 well-behaved dog, 3 rowdy boys and 1 long-suffering husband. In her down-time she enjoys swimming, cooking and gardening.
